Just over two years ago, Return of the Mantra was released into the world: the first in the series, Blood Gift Chronicles. Now, with the edits complete and book cover plans underway, it’s exciting to see Book 2, The Warder, reaching its final milestone.
I look forward to sharing more of this epic fantasy, when my excitement will turn to nerves! However, for now, my message is brief, since, for reasons outside of my control, there has been a delay with The Warder’s release.
BUT, it will be worth the wait.

My aim for each of the three books planned in this series is to offer a unique story. There is an overarching storyline throughout, but each book has a different central plotline as opposed to simply following a continuation. Loose threads are resolved along the way and some familiar faces remain, but those characters are reinvented, and joined by fresh faces to tell each original plot. I don’t want to give you second helpings of what has already gone before. I want something new, something fresh, something different. But perhaps this is for the reader to ultimately decide.
In the meantime, I return to Book 3, where other lands await.
